RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio

Welcome to RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, requesting quotes, submitting artwork, and purchasing products or services from us.

By using our website, submitting an order, approving a proof, making a payment, or working with RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Information

We provide custom printing, stickers, decals, banners, apparel printing, embroidery, design services, promotional products, and related services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the quote, including size, quantity, material, artwork, colors, production method, and finishing options.

Quotes may change if:

  • The artwork changes 
  • The size or quantity changes 
  • Additional design time is needed 
  • Materials or product availability changes 
  • Rush service is requested 
  • Special finishing, setup, shipping, or installation is required 

A quote does not guarantee final pricing until the order details are confirmed and accepted by RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, website errors, or quote mistakes before accepting or completing an order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders may require payment in full or a deposit before work begins. Custom orders generally require payment before production.

For some jobs, we may require a 50% deposit before starting and the remaining balance before pickup, delivery, shipping, or installation.

Small jobs, rush jobs, online orders, or jobs with a quick turnaround may require payment in full upfront.

An order is not considered active or scheduled for production until all required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Correct spelling 
  • Correct names, numbers, dates, and contact information 
  • Correct artwork, logos, and design details 
  • Correct garment sizes, colors, and quantities 
  • Correct shipping or pickup information 

RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio is not responsible for customer-provided errors once a proof has been approved or production has started.

5. Artwork, Logos, and Customer-Provided Files

By submitting artwork, logos, images, names, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other files to us, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use those materials.

You agree not to submit artwork or content that infringes on another person’s copyright, trademark, brand, intellectual property, privacy rights, or legal rights.

RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-provided artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork, design, or order at our discretion.

6. Artwork Quality

Print quality depends heavily on the quality of the artwork provided.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted, or improperly formatted artwork may result in lower-quality printing. We may recommend artwork cleanup, vector conversion, redesign, or file preparation services for an additional cost.

If a customer approves the use of low-quality artwork, the customer accepts responsibility for the final print result.

7. Proofs and Approvals

For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including:

  • Spelling 
  • Grammar 
  • Layout 
  • Size 
  • Colors 
  • Placement 
  • Names and numbers 
  • Artwork details 
  • Product type and quantity 

Once a proof is approved, the order is considered approved for production.

After approval, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval, additional charges may apply, and production timelines may be delayed.

8. Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear different on screens than they do in print. Screen brightness, monitor settings, material type, ink, fabric color, lighting, and production method can all affect the final color.

We do our best to produce accurate colors, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service is requested and agreed to before production.

9. Production Times

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.

Production time may be affected by:

  • Artwork delays 
  • Proof approval delays 
  • Material availability 
  • Supplier delays 
  • Equipment issues 
  • Order size 
  • Rush workload 
  • Shipping delays 
  • Weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control 

We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, missing information, customer changes, supplier delays, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

10. Rush Orders

Rush service may be available depending on workload, materials, and production schedule.

Rush orders may require an additional fee. Rush timelines are only valid after payment, artwork, order details, and proof approval are complete.

11. Custom Products Are Final Sale

Because custom printed, embroidered, designed, or personalized products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally final sale and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom stickers 
  • Custom decals 
  • Custom banners 
  • Custom apparel 
  • Embroidered items 
  • Screen printed items 
  • DTF printed items 
  • Personalized products 
  • Special-order products 
  • Customer-approved artwork or proofs 

12. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started and materials have not been ordered.

If design work, setup, proofs, materials, or production have already started, cancellation fees may apply. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the work already completed or costs already incurred.

13. Refunds, Reprints, and Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@rednecksticker.com.

We may request photos, return of the product, or other information to review the issue.

If we determine that an error was caused by RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio, we may offer a correction, reprint, store credit, or other reasonable solution at our discretion.

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong sizes, incorrect quantities, incorrect colors, incorrect names, or low-quality customer-provided artwork.

Oregon’s Department of Justice provides general consumer protection resources and complaint information for Oregon consumers and businesses. 

14. Garment and Product Variations

Apparel, hats, and other products may vary slightly by brand, style, color, size, fit, fabric, and availability.

Substitutions may be necessary if a product is out of stock or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable product when substitutions are needed.

Garment colors and product colors may vary slightly from online images or digital proofs.

15. Customer-Supplied Items

If a customer provides their own garments, products, materials, or items for printing, embroidery, or decoration, the customer accepts the risk that those items may be damaged during production.

While we take care when working with customer-supplied items, RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items if damage occurs during printing, embroidery, pressing, cutting, installation, or production.

16. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during available pickup times or arranging shipping or delivery when available.

Once an order is picked up, delivered, or shipped, the customer is responsible for inspecting the order promptly.

If an order is shipped, RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Shipping claims may need to be handled through the carrier.

17. Abandoned Orders

Completed orders should be picked up in a timely manner.

Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned. We may attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided.

Orders not picked up within 30 days after notification may be subject to storage fees or may be disposed of at our discretion, unless other arrangements have been made.

18. Design Services

Design work, artwork cleanup, file setup, logo work, redraws, mockups, and revisions may require additional charges.

Design fees pay for the time and service of creating or preparing artwork. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design fees do not automatically include ownership of editable source files.

Final print-ready files may be provided at our discretion, but editable working files, design templates, and production files remain the property of RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio unless purchased or transferred by written agreement.

19. Ownership and Use of Designs

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer or rightful owner.

Artwork, layouts, designs, mockups, production files, and creative work created by RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use photos of completed work for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless the customer asks us in writing not to do so before the order is completed.

20. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders that include content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, hateful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unacceptable.

We may also refuse orders that appear to violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property rights.

21. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, upload malicious files, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and design elements, may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without permission.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to the use of our website, products, services, delays, or order issues.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

23. No Guarantee of Business Results

We may create signs, banners, apparel, stickers, graphics, or promotional materials for customers. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, customer response, advertising success, or marketing performance from any product or service.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

Return and Refund Policy

  

Returns

Custom Products:

  • Orders with Custom Products and      Photo Prints cannot be canceled due to the complexity of the custom      process.
  • Custom Products and Photo Prints      are not eligible for returns.

Sale Products: All Sale products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.

For All Returns, the following steps should be taken:

  • The recipient notifies the Company within five days of receipt of the order.
  • A copy of the packing slip or order copy must be enclosed.
  • Products must be returned in original containers and must be packed properly to prevent damage in return shipment.
  • Refunds will be offered to those items returned within 30 Days of return.

Ordering Errors: Advisors and customers are encouraged to choose products carefully. If an item is ordered in error, the Company will work with you to return the incorrect item.  The shipping and handling to return the item will be at the customer’s expense.
