What services do you offer?

RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio offers custom stickers, decals, banners, screen printing, DTF prints, embroidery, business graphics, apparel printing, and custom design services.


Where are you located?

We are based in Southern Oregon and serve customers locally and online.


How do I place an order?

You can contact us through the website, email us at info@rednecksticker.com, or message us with the details of what you need. Please include the product type, size, quantity, artwork, and any deadline you have.


Can I get a quote before ordering?

Yes. We can provide a quote before starting your order. The more details you provide, the more accurate the quote will be.

Do you require a deposit?

Most custom orders require payment in full or a deposit before production begins. Larger orders may require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.


How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product, order size, artwork, materials, and current workload. We will give you an estimated turnaround time when your order is quoted.

Rush orders may be available when our schedule allows.


Do I need to provide artwork?

You can provide your own artwork, logo, or design file. If you do not have print-ready artwork, we may be able to help with design, cleanup, or file setup for an additional charge.


What file types do you accept?

Preferred file types include:

  • PDF 
  • AI 
  • EPS 
  • SVG 
  • PNG 
  • JPG 

Vector files are best for logos, decals, screen printing, and embroidery setup. High-resolution files work best for printed products.


Can you fix or recreate my logo?

Yes. If your logo is blurry, low-resolution, or not print-ready, we may be able to clean it up, recreate it, or prepare it for production. Design or artwork setup fees may apply.


Will I see a proof before production?

For most custom orders, yes. We may send a digital proof for approval before production. Please review all spelling, colors, sizes, layout, names, numbers, and details carefully.

Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges.


Can I change my order after approving the proof?

Changes after proof approval may not be possible if production has already started. If changes can be made, additional charges or delays may apply.


Do colors always match exactly?

We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but exact color matching is not guaranteed. Colors can look different on screens than they do in print, embroidery, vinyl, or fabric.


Do you offer shipping?

Yes, shipping may be available depending on the order. Shipping costs and timelines vary by product, size, weight, and destination.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Local pickup is available. We will contact you when your order is complete and ready for pickup.


What are your pickup hours?

Typical pickup hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If those times do not work, email us at info@rednecksticker.com and we can try to arrange another pickup time.


Can I supply my own shirts, hats, or items?

Sometimes. Customer-supplied items may be accepted depending on the project. Please contact us first before bringing in items.

Customer-supplied items are printed or embroidered at the customer’s risk because production can occasionally damage garments or materials.


Do you have minimum order quantities?

Minimums depend on the product.

Screen printing usually has a minimum order quantity. Embroidery, stickers, banners, and decals may have different minimums depending on the job.

Contact us with your project details and we can let you know the minimum for your order.


Are custom orders refundable?

Custom orders are generally not refundable once production has started. Because each order is made specifically for the customer, approved custom products are considered final sale.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away and we will review it.


What if there is a mistake on my order?

If the mistake was made by RedNeck Sticker & Design Studio, we will work with you to make it right.

We are not responsible for customer-approved mistakes, including spelling errors, wrong sizes, wrong quantities, incorrect artwork, or layout issues approved on a proof.


Can you print copyrighted or trademarked designs?

We can only print artwork that you own or have permission to use. Customers are responsible for making sure they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, names, brands, or designs they submit.
