HTV printing, or Heat Transfer Vinyl, makes use of colored vinyl sheets that are precisely cut into your custom apparel design, weeded by hand, and heat-pressed directly onto the garment. This method creates a clean, durable finish, making it particularly effective for names, numbers, simple logos, team apparel, workwear, and small custom orders.

Since each color is applied separately, HTV printing is ideally suited for simple designs featuring solid colors rather than photographs, gradients, or highly detailed artwork. Plus, there is no minimum order required.

The Best Way to Order

To receive the fastest and most accurate quote for your custom apparel design, please send us the following details:

Artwork should be high resolution at 300 DPI or greater at the intended print size. We prefer vector files as they provide the cleanest cutting lines.
