Heat Transfer Vinyl

HTV, or Heat Transfer Vinyl, uses sheets of colored vinyl that are cut into your design, weeded by hand, and heat-pressed directly onto the garment. It creates a clean, durable finish and works especially well for names, numbers, simple logos, team apparel, workwear, and small custom orders.

Because each color is cut and applied separately, HTV is best suited for simple designs with solid colors rather than photographs, gradients, or highly detailed artwork. There is no minimum order.

Artwork should be high resolution at 300 DPI or greater at the intended print size. Vector files are preferred because they provide the cleanest cutting lines. If you are unsure whether your artwork is ready, we can review it, help clean it up, or assist with the complete design from concept to finished artwork.
