How Screen Printing Works

Screen printing is one of the best options for producing bold, durable designs on larger apparel orders. Each color in your artwork is separated and applied through its own custom screen, one color at a time. The ink is printed directly onto the garment and cured with heat, creating a professional finish that holds up well to regular wear and washing.

Because every color requires its own screen and setup, screen printing works best for simple designs, larger quantities, and orders using the same artwork throughout. Our minimum order is 24 garments.

Artwork should be high resolution at 300 DPI or greater at the intended print size. Vector files are preferred whenever available. If you are unsure whether your artwork is print-ready, we can review it, help improve the file, or assist with the complete design from concept to finished artwork.
